We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Tomah, WI

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | In-Home & Clinic-Based Opportunities Available

 

Bright Connections Behavioral is looking for compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide trauma-informed, play-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental disabilities—offering meaningful support to families in our community.

 

What You’ll Do

 

As an RBT, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your sessions will be guided by evidence-based practices and filled with opportunities to play, connect, and teach essential life skills in natural and supportive environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide direct ABA therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), in the clinic, home, and/or community settings

  • Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to address challenging behaviors

  • Collect data on client progress and behavior

  • Collaborate regularly with BCBAs and other team members

  • Implement behavior support and skill acquisition plans with fidelity

  • Maintain a compassionate and professional relationship with clients and families

  • Attend staff meetings and ongoing training

  • Ensure ethical and quality service aligned with BACB standards

Qualifications

​

  • Must have current RBT certification (or be willing to complete the RBT training and certification process)

  • High school diploma required; some college or related coursework in psychology, education, or child development preferred

  • Passion for working with children and families

  • Excellent communication, reliability, and time-management skills

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

  • Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Administrative Assistant

Location: Tomah, WI

Type: Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and families warmly and professionally

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to clinical staff

  • Maintain up-to-date and organized client files and records

  • Support client intake, insurance verification, and documentation

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating provider calendars

  • Order and manage office and therapy supplies

  • Support occasional projects, reports, or events as needed

Qualifications

​​

  • Prior administrative or front-desk experience (healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Friendly, professional communication style

  • Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, EHRs, scheduling tools — training provided)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher a plus
