We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Tomah, WI
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | In-Home & Clinic-Based Opportunities Available
Bright Connections Behavioral is looking for compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide trauma-informed, play-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental disabilities—offering meaningful support to families in our community.
What You’ll Do
As an RBT, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your sessions will be guided by evidence-based practices and filled with opportunities to play, connect, and teach essential life skills in natural and supportive environments.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct ABA therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), in the clinic, home, and/or community settings

Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to address challenging behaviors

Collect data on client progress and behavior

Collaborate regularly with BCBAs and other team members
-
Implement behavior support and skill acquisition plans with fidelity

Maintain a compassionate and professional relationship with clients and families

Attend staff meetings and ongoing training
-
Ensure ethical and quality service aligned with BACB standards

Qualifications
​

Must have current RBT certification (or be willing to complete the RBT training and certification process)

High school diploma required; some college or related coursework in psychology, education, or child development preferred

Passion for working with children and families
-
Excellent communication, reliability, and time-management skills
-
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
-
Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Administrative Assistant
Location: Tomah, WI
Type: Part-Time
​
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and families warmly and professionally

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to clinical staff

Maintain up-to-date and organized client files and records
-
Support client intake, insurance verification, and documentation

Assist with scheduling and coordinating provider calendars

Order and manage office and therapy supplies
-
Support occasional projects, reports, or events as needed

Qualifications

Prior administrative or front-desk experience (healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Friendly, professional communication style

Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, EHRs, scheduling tools — training provided)

Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher a plus
