WHAT WE DO

our comprehensive
SERVICES
At Bright Connections, we provide comprehensive, evidence-based services designed to support children, families, schools, professionals, and the broader community.
We are deeply passionate about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the meaningful impact it can have when implemented with intention, compassion, and collaboration.
Our services are rooted in ABA and thoughtfully integrated across every area of support, from direct child and family services to school collaboration, innovative programs, and professional training.
We believe meaningful progress doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens through connection, consistency, and alignment across the environments where children live, learn, and grow.
Whether you are a caregiver, educator, provider, or community partner, our goal is to work alongside you to build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and create lasting, meaningful outcomes.

ABA Therapy & Behavioral Services
Our ABA therapy and behavioral services provide individualized, evidence-based support designed to build meaningful, functional skills across home, school, and community settings. Grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we focus on communication, independence, social development, and behavior support through personalized treatment plans and ongoing data-informed decision making.
Our goal is to create lasting progress that extends beyond sessions and into everyday life.

Parent Training
Parent training is a core part of meaningful, long-term success. We work alongside caregivers to provide practical, realistic strategies that can be implemented in daily routines and real-life situations.
Through coaching, modeling, and collaborative problem-solving, we empower families to feel confident in supporting their child’s growth while creating consistency across environments.
Education,
After-School & Social Skills Services
Our education and enrichment programs are designed to bridge the gap between structured therapy and real-world application. Through after-school support, social skills groups, and guided peer interactions, children have opportunities to practice communication, build relationships, and develop independence in a supportive and engaging environment.
These programs focus on helping children not just learn skills, but use them meaningfully.

School Collaboration, Training & Consultation
We partner with schools, educators, and teams to create consistent, effective support systems for students across environments. Our services include collaboration on IEPs, classroom observations, staff training, and consultation to align strategies and improve outcomes.
By combining clinical expertise with a collaborative approach, we help bridge the gap between school and home to support student success.
Juvenile Justice Education & Prevention
Our juvenile justice education and prevention services focus on early, proactive support for at-risk youth. By integrating behavior analytic principles with a systems-based, trauma-informed approach, we work to address underlying behavioral needs, improve communication and decision-making skills, and support positive outcomes across home, school, and community settings.
Our goal is prevention through connection, collaboration, and early intervention.

BCBA/BCaBA Supervision & Case Consultation
We provide high-quality supervision and consultation for individuals pursuing certification and for professionals seeking additional clinical support. Our supervision model emphasizes competency-based training, ethical practice, and the application of ABA in real-world settings.
Through structured guidance, feedback, and collaboration, we support the development of skilled, confident clinicians.
Professional Mentorship & Guidance
Our mentorship and guidance services are designed for professionals seeking growth beyond traditional supervision. Whether you are early in your career or expanding your scope of practice, we provide individualized support focused on clinical decision-making, leadership development, and navigating complex cases.
Our approach combines practical experience, collaboration, and ongoing learning to support professional success.

Community Workshops & Presentations
We offer workshops and presentations designed to increase awareness, understanding, and practical skills within the community. Topics may include behavior support strategies, communication development, autism awareness, and trauma-informed approaches.
These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of families, schools, and organizations, helping to build more supportive and informed communities.
Training for First Responders
Our first responder training equips law enforcement, EMTs, and firefighters with the knowledge and tools to safely and effectively interact with individuals with autism and developmental differences.
Through practical strategies, communication techniques, and scenario-based learning, we focus on improving safety, reducing escalation, and fostering positive community interactions.

Resources
Our resources are designed to provide ongoing support, education, and connection beyond direct services. Through our blog, podcast, videos, newsletters, and upcoming publications, we share practical strategies, insights, and real-world applications grounded in the science of ABA.
Whether you are just getting started or looking to deepen your understanding, our resources are here to support learning at every stage.
