ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Catey Rice,

M.Ed., M.S., BCBA, COBA, IBA, LBA

Hi! My name is Catey Rice. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Wisconsin and Arizona, a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst, and an International Behavior Analyst.

I have a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master of Science in Family and Human Development. I am currently working on my Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology: Criminology and Justice Studies.

I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) for eight years. I started my journey in ABA working as a parent educator in 2016. After becoming an accredited Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) provider, I found my passion in ABA. I then pursued my master's in ABA and received supervision under phenomenal mentors in the field. I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in January 2023. I am passionate about continuing education and am continually learning and growing. I have a passion for teaching and using ABA principles to provide compassionate, trauma-assumed care to children with special abilities and their families..

On a personal level, I am a mom of three boys, a cranberry grower/firefighter wife, a musician, a photographer, a graphic designer, and an educator.
