Behavior Technician (BT)
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your sessions will be guided by evidence-based practices and filled with opportunities to play, connect, and teach essential life skills in natural and supportive environments.
This is a hands-on, highly rewarding role where you will:

Teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Reduce challenging behaviors through positive, ethical strategies

Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families

Be part of a collaborative, team-based environment
No prior ABA experience? That’s okay! We provide training and support to help you succeed.
