Available Positions:
BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT/BT)
At Bright Connections, we believe meaningful progress begins with meaningful connection. We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and energetic individuals to join our growing team as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Behavior Technicians work directly with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental differences using evidence-based, play-based, and relationship-centered behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children grow, love working in a collaborative environment, and want to make a genuine difference in the lives of families within our community.
What You’ll Do

Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services to clients in the clinic, home, school, or community settings

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Teach communication, social, daily living, play, emotional regulation, and adaptive skills
-
Support clients through challenging behaviors using compassionate, evidence-based strategies

Collect and record session data accurately in our electronic medical record system

Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to support client progress

Prepare therapy materials and maintain a clean, organized therapy environment

Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications may include:

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

Background in education, psychology, human services, child development, healthcare, or related fields

RBT certification (preferred but not required)
Required qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
At least 18-years-old
-
Reliable transportation
No prior ABA experience? That’s okay. We provide training and ongoing support for the right individuals who are excited to learn and grow within the field.
