HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE
STEP TWO
Connect With Us
Comprehensive Review
Reach out to schedule an initial consultation. We’ll listen to your concerns, learn about your child or student, and identify the supports you’re seeking—whether it’s IEP advocacy, school collaboration, behavioral consultation, or navigating juvenile justice systems.
We gather the full picture by reviewing records, IEPs, behavior data, evaluations, discipline reports, or court documentation. This helps us understand the child’s needs, strengths, barriers, and the systems involved.
STEP THREE
Individualized Support Plan
Based on your goals, we create a clear, collaborative plan that may include school advocacy, behavior intervention recommendations, parent support, communication strategies for teams, or guidance through court-related processes.
STEP FOUR
Direct Advocacy & Collaboration
We partner with families, schools, attorneys, case workers, and community agencies to ensure the child receives appropriate services, support, and accommodations. Our focus is on reducing punitive practices, promoting positive behavior supports, and strengthening communication.
STEP FIVE
Ongoing Guidance & Follow-Up
We continue to support you through meetings, updates, coaching, and check-ins to ensure progress, reduce overwhelm, and keep everyone working toward the same goal—positive outcomes for the child.
