Assessments must be in-person at the clinic.
The assessment process may require multiple appointments. A deposit may be required before assessment activities begin, with the remaining balance due before the final report is released. The assessment does not provide a medical, psychological, or educational diagnosis. Additional fees may apply for school or community observations, extensive record review, travel, attendance at team meetings, or additional copies or revisions of the report. Completion of an assessment does not guarantee availability for ongoing ABA services.

FOR FAMILIES SEEKING A COMPREHENSIVE BEHAVIOR-ANALYTIC ASSSESSMENT WITHOUT USING INSURANCE OR FAMILIES WHOE INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER THE REQUESTED ASSESSMENT OR SERVICES.
A comprehensive assessment conducted by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to identify the individual’s strengths, current areas of need, behavioral concerns, and treatment priorities. Information gathered throughout the assessment is used to develop individualized, practical recommendations that support meaningful progress at home, at school, and in the community.
Services may include:

Caregiver interview and review of current concerns

Review of developmental, medical, educational, and treatment history

Review of relevant records and previous evaluations

Direct observation across relevant activities or environments

Standardized, criterion-referenced, or curriculum-based assessments

Assessment of communication, social, adaptive, behavioral, and learning skills

Functional assessment of challenging behavior, when appropriate

Baseline data collection

Identification of strengths, areas of need, and treatment priorities

Written assessment report with individualized recommendations

Feedback meeting to review results and recommended next steps
Duration: Approximately 2-4 hours
Rate: $200/hour
A written estimate will be provided before services begin based on the scope of the assessment, assessment tools required, settings observed, travel, and requested deliverables.
