We currently accept the following insurances:
We are working to accept more insurances in order to serve more families.Insurance policies can vary greatly. Because of the complexity of contracts and potential coverage changes, we are only able to provide benefit estimates in good faith. After receiving a copy of the primary medical insurance ID card and HIPAA release form, we will contact in-network plans to confirm eligibility and benefits, obtain necessary pre-authorizations for services, and file all claims for payment. Because coverage cannot be guaranteed, it is highly recommended that parents verify that services are covered at the time they begin.

Begin Services
1. Complete the Intake Forms
Submit our online intake paperwork so we can learn more about your child, your family's needs, and your insurance information.
2. Schedule Your Initial Consultation
Once we receive your paperwork, an email will be sent to schedule an initial consultation. During the initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to meet with our BCBA, tour the clinic, meet our team, ask questions, and learn more about how Bright Connections can support your family.
3. Insurance Authorization for Assessment
We'll verify your benefits and obtain any required insurance authorization before scheduling the assessment (if required by your insurance plan).
4. Complete the ABA Assessment
A BCBA will conduct a comprehensive assessment to better understand your child's strengths, needs, interests, and goals. We value caregiver input throughout this process.
5. Individualized Treatment Plan Development & Caregiver Approval
Using the assessment results and your family's priorities, your BCBA will create a personalized treatment plan with meaningful goals tailored to your child's unique strengths and needs. Once the plan is complete, it will be emailed to you for review. Your BCBA will be available to answer any questions, discuss recommendations, and make any needed adjustments. When you're comfortable with the plan, you can sign the treatment plan electronically for convenience.
6. Insurance Authorization for Services
Once approved and signed by you, we submit the treatment plan to your insurance company for authorization of ABA therapy services.
7. Begin Services!
As soon as authorization is received, our scheduling coordinator will reach out to schedule your child's therapy sessions, introduce your therapy team, and begin working together to help your child grow, learn, and thrive.
